At 3D Tech, we specialise in capturing, designing, and creating parts that are hard to replicate using traditional methods. Our 3D scanning service uses metrology-grade technology to gather precise data—even from irregular or worn components.
Once scanned, we use advanced CAD software to design parts ready for 3D printing. We print using high-performance materials such as ABS, PETG, ASA & TPU (rubber) plastics, nylon, carbon fibre & glass filled materials as well as Resin materials to produce complex prototypes or low-volume production runs that would otherwise be cost-prohibitive.
With every scan we create a detailed point-cloud model that drives our reverse-engineering workflow. We turn these millions of data points into fully editable CAD files, rebuilding worn surfaces, adjusting dimensions for better fit or adding new features without compromising the original intent.
